The SnapAutos Acquisition Manager is the linchpin position in the ability for SnapAutos to help its dealer clients consistently acquire inventory and produce ROI on a monthly basis. This person has to be obsessed with winning. They will stop at nothing to build teams that produce results and cash big paychecks.  They believe in accountability and hold themselves accountable and their teams accountable to the KPIs that drive cash while also delivering world-class experiences to customers helping the organization to create raving fans.

Role Defined:  

The SnapAutos Acquisition Manager has good command over systems and KPIs.  They need to proactively report back to the executive team on results and raise flags when there are issues.  They are responsible for identifying solutions to problems that arise.  

This position is responsible for clear, consistent communication to the executive team.  They are responsible for identifying and optimizing the tools, systems and talents needed to achieve the business goals and objectives within their team and across the organization.  

This person is responsible for overseeing the success of their department in maintaining a minimum of a 50% lead to appointment ratio and will work directly with the performance management, marketing and technology team to track and optimize the conversion rate from opportunities all the way through acquisitions at a minimum benchmark of 50/50/50. 


  • Hiring and Developing Agent Talent
  • Implement winning email follow-up flows for conversions
  • Implement winning SMS follow-up flows for conversions
  • Provide consistent feedback to marketing & technology on winning strategies
  • Constantly evaluate marketing & technology efforts and effectiveness for optimal conversions and acquisitions
  • Daily Tracking of Activities (calls, emails, text, appointments set, show, appraisal and acquisitions) 
  • Overseeing delivery of World Class Guest Experiences 
  • Maintain KPI benchmark standards of 50%  lead to appointment set ratio
  • Report to Executive Team & COO on KPI benchmark of 50% for appointment to appraisal ratio
  • Report to Executive Team & COO on KPI benchmark of 50% appraisal to acquisition ratio


  • 50% Department Lead to Appointment Ratio 
  • 50% Department Appointment to Appraisal Ratio 
  • 50% Department Appraisal to Acquisition Ratio 
  • 100% Department Appointment Confirmation


  • 50,000 Annual Salary 
  • $25/acquisition
    • Qualifier: 90% client retention month over month; 120 acquisitions minimum
